ICScada is a flexible and highly customizable SCADA platform which is designed to support a wide variety of processes. The ICScada Integrated Development Environment (IDE) is a powerful tool used to design Human Machine Interfaces. This built-in flexibility allows Integrators to create powerful graphics to provide a clear view of any kind of process. In this page, you will find some examples of HMI templates that can be created in ICScada.
¶ Agricultural Management
ICScada was developed with many industries in mind. This HMI represents a grain storage and distribution system for truck loading.
¶ Camera Systems
OAI Vision Systems is a suite of products and solutions that provide integration of IP camera and other imaging devices with SCADA/HMI. Vision Systems solutions provide integration options tailored to a variety of applications including Leak Detection.

¶ Shop Floor Applications
These images are of an HMI created for a Wax processing system. These Screenshots show just some of the functionality that can be built in to an ICScada HMI.
¶ LACT Units
A Lease Automatic Custody Transfer Unit (LACT) is used primarily in the Oil and Gas Industry to measure the volumetric flowrate and quality of hydrocarbons. These units include a sampling system to constantly monitor product quality.
¶ Pump Jack Monitoring
Pump Jacks are used to lift liquids out of Oil and Gas Wells when there isn't sufficient pressure in the well. ICScada provides useful trending features and alarm callout capabilities to monitor Pump Jacks effectively.
¶ Map Overview
Using CGI Scripts, functional tools and displays can be created to add functionality to an ICScada project. This is an example of a map designed in ICScada to display the layout of Sites as well as some important process variables for each site.
¶ Compressor Monitoring
Industrial compressors are often used to help transport Natural gas through pipelines. The customizability of ICScada allows Integrators to design HMIs for any type of compressor, allowing for more refined monitoring for your process.
¶ Gas Well + Well Optimization Tab
ICScada allows for the creation of many tabs which can contain custom features and values. This tab contains an interface with Well Optimization software which is operating / monitoring a plunger lift system.

ICScada integrates with safety systems allowing for custom displays giving Operators an easy way of monitoring the safety conditions of their sites. This is an HMI created for displaying Fire and Gas safety information.
